I told her this is not what I agreed to pay for. She insists that I keep the glasses and that they will offer me a 20% refund. I have been in contact with Amanda numerous times telling her I do not want these glasses and want a refund. When the package arrived I knew it was not what I ordered because it was too small. So I waited to see if I would get what I ordered. Amanda from service said they could not refund me because my order was already shipped from the warehouse. After I paid $140 for which the receipt was for, I was charged with extra fees bringing my bill to $175 for foreign fees. They have the same website logo and advertisement as the official Hoka website. I bought 2 pairs of Hoka sandals from which I thought was a Hoka outlet store. Considering that the "Nigerian Prince" scam is still a profitable business worldwide after all these years (about $2B annually) and I actually know someone personally who fell for it, I don't feel too bad. The return address on the package reads: HGKJ, Shiyan Street, BAOAN district, shenzhen, 440300, 440000 518000 CHINA, Phone: 8613300008888, probably all bogus. I haven't opened it yet - going to make a video of the process for the credit card company so I can try and get my money back. The package is 1" x 6" x 8" and weighs a couple of ounces, feels like some scrap cloth material. I just received the package with my "order". I got an email from with correct description (Hoka One-One TorTech boots) and price ($75.39) thanking me for my order and telling me I would get a Tracking Number, which I did (LW760191981CN). The phone number later disappeared from the website. The latter website had a phone number: +43-7277-8378 in a small town in Austria near the Czech border. Let's work together to create a safe and trustworthy online environment. Please share this warning with others to protect them from similar experiences. Look for reputable sources and verify their authenticity to avoid falling victim to these fraudulent practices. Ensure that you are dealing with a genuine supplier or retailer authorized by the brand. It is essential to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before making any online payments. To my disappointment, instead of receiving the shoes I had ordered, I was sent a counterfeit pair of sunglasses directly from China. I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website HOKA-SYDNEY, paying a total of $165. Unfortunately, I fell victim to one of these scams myself. However, they are nothing more than scams aimed at deceiving unsuspecting customers. These websites falsely present themselves as legitimate sellers offering HOKA shoes at factory direct prices. Specifically, I would like to warn you about the websites // and //. Attention all, I want to bring your immediate attention to a concerning issue regarding fraudulent websites claiming to be authorized representatives of HOKA, a popular running shoe brand.
